The Sooper Edge features an eye-catching purple anodized finish that is FINGERPRINT FREE. Constructed of aluminum with a stainless steel cutting edge, it features a curved finger guard for safer cutting. The steel cutting edge prevents the knives from gouging the aluminum. There is a non-slip grip tape in the recessed bottom to prevent unnecessary movement during trimming and cutting. Graduated in inches (divided 16th). Approx. 2-1/2" wide. This 31" anodized aluminum ruler is difficult to misplace with its bright blue finish. Anodized finish leaves NO FINGERPRINTS. It features a nonskid bottom and easy-to-read numbers marked in graduated 16ths. A protective lip on the leading edge keeps cutting blade away from fingers. 2-1/2" wide.
