The USI ARL 4000 is a wide format laminator that has all the features of the ARL 2700 plus it accepts films from 12"to 40". The ARL 4000 features a key lock, digital LCD temperature readout; adjustable speed and temperature, reverse switch and can run thermal roll laminating films up to 5 mils thick. We also have incorporated 1"mandrels into this machine so there is no need to purchase specialty 2.25"or 3"core rolls for your smaller roll sizes. The ARL 4000 is easy to set-up, thread and run.

The Minikote EZ G3 is a user-friendly two sided laminator that is perfect for classrooms, offices, and print production environments. The Minikote EZ features basic controls for easy operation with professional laminating results. Two-sided white adhesive designed for applications that require mounting to thin media. The opaque backing diminishes the effect of light as it shows through the finished piece leaving a smooth and polished print. Excellent for back lit applications and materials that are especially sensitive to heat.

Premium pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for image decal and high-volume mounting applications, including pre-coated mounting boards. Also ideal for mounting prints to smooth porous substrates such as foam boards, cardstock, and tempered hardboard. Provides a strong permanent bond and can be used in all your applications. Aqueous acrylic adhesive on both sides of a clear polyester 0.5mil carrier and single release paper. The new non-slip release liner allows pre-coated boards to stack safely without slippage. Also available in a variety of widths and lengths.

The innovative design of the HeatSeal Ultima 65 EzLoad laminator reduces film-loading time and prevents the user from loading the film upside-down, thus eliminating costly down-time and service calls. Features include a mill thickness range of 1.7mil to 3mil, a paper feed guide, heat protection shield and more.  This laminator uses EZLoad roll laminating film #9441.
