The Sooper Edge features an eye-catching purple anodized finish that is FINGERPRINT FREE. Constructed of aluminum with a stainless steel cutting edge, it features a curved finger guard for safer cutting. The steel cutting edge prevents the knives from gouging the aluminum. There is a non-slip grip tape in the recessed bottom to prevent unnecessary movement during trimming and cutting. Graduated in inches (divided 16th). Approx. 2-1/2" wide.
