ORDERING
Orders will be shipped on open account (net 30 days) provided we have an approved credit application on file. If you have not established credit, your order may be prepaid by check*. We understand the importance of being able to schedule when an order will arrive or to delay billing until the next budget year. That is why you can place a Future Order with us at any time. SPECIAL ORDERS & QUOTATIONS
We welcome inquiries and special quotes on items or modifications not listed in this catalog. Please furnish in writing complete details, specifications and quantities required. We will research the product and then forward a quote to you. We require a non-refundable deposit on all special-order items. Special-order merchandise cannot be returned.

SHIPPING*
In-stock items ordered before 1:00 p.m. (ET) will ship the same business day. Items ordered after 1:00 p.m. (ET) will ship the following business day. Based on product availability, we may expedite your order from either our East or West Coast distribution center.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Packages weighing up to 80 lbs. are usually shipped via UPS for addresses in the continental United States. Heavier packages and bulky cartons ship via motor freight. Unless other directed, our shipping department uses its discretion on all shipments. If you have a preferred method of shipping, please provide that information when you place your order. Shipping costs are added to all invoices. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, please call for rates.

NEXT-DAY, 2-DAY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY
If requested, we will ship your order to arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day or for Saturday delivery. Simply call our Customer Service department at 1-800-282-9290 by 1:00 p.m. (ET). They will assist you with placing your order and specifying your delivery instructions. (This service is not available for PO, FPO or APO boxes.)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact Customer Service or complete a special quotation form for current rates and conditions.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with any item within 30 days of the invoice date, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Before returning any product, contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information available: item number, merchandise description, invoice date and invoice number. All cartons and paperwork must reference the RA number, or the return will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be in 100% resalable condition. We will charge a restocking fee for items without the original packaging, or equipment which has been used. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the invoice date.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
Please notify us of any shortages or damages within 7 days of receipt. A signed freight bill noting the shortage or damage must accompany all claims. Credit will not be given without proof of claim.
