Artwork Not Uploading:
You might be having trouble uploading your art for one of these reasons:

1) The vector art file that you are trying to upload has gradients or masks

2) The vector art file that you are trying to upload is not vector it is raster. If it has any raster (digital) elements at all, the uploader will not accept it in a vector format. You must save it in a digital format to upload it (i.e. png, jpeg)

3) The file you are trying to upload is larger than 25mb

4) The only kind of vector files you can upload are svg, eps, ps or pdf. NO cdr files, you must save as or export as one of the previous.

5) Is your art file corrupted?

6) Your art file has been converted from raster to vector and has too many nodes.

7) Your art is saved as more than 300dpi

8) Your art has hundreds of colors.

9) You did not convert text in a vector file to curves or outlines/objects.

10) You have hidden/phantom objects in your file (see outline/wireframe mode).
