SALES TAX NOTICE REGARDING COLORADO, OKLAHOMA AND OTHER STATES
We are not required to and do not collect sales and use tax for any state other than Connecticut and Arizona. However, unless this sale is exempt from sales taxes under your states’ law, you are required to pay the tax on your purchase and to file applicable forms with the state tax or revenue department of the state in which you reside. Purchase by catalog and internet does not make the purchase exempt. The state (other than Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon) where your purchase is used requires you to pay the use tax to its state tax or revenue department, which should be able to provide appropriate forms and instructions on the web site it maintains.
