Banner, Flags and Display Information
Poster Printing Information

Any materials submitted by you, including, without limitation, photographs, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, “User Submitted Materials”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • You agree that we may (but are not obligated to) filter any User Submitted Materials (including, without limitation, deleting or replacing expletives or other harmful or offensive language), refuse to use any User Submitted Materials (including, without limitation, suspending processing and shipping of any order relating to any User Submitted Materials) and/or disclose any User Submitted Materials and the circumstances surrounding the use thereof, to any third party in order to provide the applicable products or services, to enforce these Terms or to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.
  • User Submitted Materials that are reported as violating these Terms may be removed from our Sites and Apps provided, however, that we have no obligation to remove User Submitted Materials in response to user reports or requests. We are not responsible for, and will have no liability for, the removal or non-removal of any User Submitted Materials from our Sites and Apps. We recommend you keep back-up copies of your User Submitted Materials on your hard drive or other personal system

Poster Order Process


Selecting your poster
Add the banner you would like to your cart. After you add your banner to your cart you will be automatically shown your cart. At this point you can update the quantity of banners you would like to order by changing quantity to the left of the line item in the cart and clicking recalculate.

Next you must tell us how many designs you would like for the poster/s you have added to your cart. Right below the poster in your cart you will see "You have indicated that you will upload X designs for the X items ordered. How many of each design would you like?"

For 1 design: select the drop down next to the "Design 1" and select the number that matches your total quantity of posters in your cart. Click "Done". You are now done with this poster selection.

For multiple designs: select the drop down next to the "Design 1" and select the number of prints you want of this design, Click "Add Another". This will create a "Design 2:" field. Select the number of prints you would like of this design. Repeat this process until you have reached the number of different designs you would like with the appropriate number of each equalling the total quantity of posters in your cart. Once you are done selecting designs click "Done". You are now done with this poster selection.

Art File Creation


Setting Up Your File
Set up your file using an image or layout editing software such as adobe photoshop or illustrator. Be sure that your file is hi-res and to the scale of the poster you ordered for example if you ordered a 24" x 36" poster your file should be created at 24" x 36" at no less then 150dpi (dots per inch). Vector based files such as Illustrator .ai and .eps can be scaled with out quality loss but jpg, jpeg, tiff cannot.

Upload Process


Where to Upload Your File
Once your file is ready revisit the USI Website, log in to your account and navigate to the order detail page by clicking on the order number of the order you placed with the banner. You will see one or several boxes depending on how many designs you order for your banners, with Design 1, Design 2 and so on. In these boxes you will see a "Choose File" button, click the button and browse your computer to select the art file. This will upload the file and notify us that your file is ready.

Proof approval or Rejection

In approximately 1-2 business days, after you have uploaded your file you will receive and email letting you know that your proof is ready for viewing. you will be instructed to return to our website and log in to your account. Next revisit the order details page of the order. You will see a "download proof" link in the same box you uploaded your art file. Download the proof and check it for accuracy to insure that it is the way you want it printed.

Click "Approved" or "Disapprove" based on your preference in regards to the proof.

Approved: We will begin final printing and you should receive you finished print within one business week

Disapproved: The process restarts, the upload fields will be reset and you may supply us with a new art file.

Banner Order Process

Note: a $30 dollar art fee will be applied automatically.

Note: a $30 dollar art fee will be applied and multiplied per design automatically.

Display Stand
The appropriate display stand for your printed banner will be shown in the "May We Suggest" tab below. It is important to note that the stand is not included in the cost of the banner print. Please add the correct number of stands to match the number of banners you have added to your cart.

Art File Creation

USI Supplied Banner Template
It is important to use the correct USI supplied template to create your art file so that the dimensions are correct when we process the print. The Templates are located at the bottom of this page and are labeled by their Item Number. The link to download the Template that matches the banner you ordered will be supplied in your order confirmation and on the "Order Details" page in the "My Account" section of the site.

Saving Your File
After adding your design to the template you will need to save the file as an Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps file. Please be sure that you save all fonts as outlines. You should name the file using your order number so that it can be easily identified and matched to your order. If you have multiple files add "file_1 , file_2" and so on after the order number.

Note: One Revision per design is included in the art fee of $30. All revisions after that will incur and additional $30 fee.
